Sandy and I took a wonderful tour of Florence (Firenze) with Monica Tarloni. She met us in Castellina in Chianti and we drove to a parking area outside of the main tourist area. Took a bus to the Pitti Palace and started our Tour. Monica was full of detailed information about all parts of Florence that we visited. Although it rained, it did not dampen our spirit for adventure. Monica tailored our tour to fit what we wanted to see and within our time frame. Monica speaks English very well, is knowledgeable, energetic and very pleasant. Thank you !!
